Cancellation & No Show Policy

  • Reservation will not be held past 14.30 hrs on the day of arrival unless the reservations contain flight detail and are guaranteed by deposit payment.
  • No-shows must be paid without reliance on billed vouchers as the client did not arrive and therefore did not submit a voucher.
  • Early check out fee is 1 full night plus 15% from the total balance of the reservation.
  • The deposit is strictly non-refundable.
  • In case of cancellation must be informed at least 14 days before arrival but the deposit can not refundable.
  • In case no show the whole period will be charged.
  • SPECIAL PROMOTION CONDITION : The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and non-refundable. If cancelled, modified or in case of no-show the total price of the reservation will be charged. Extra bed/extra person 600 baht.

Please note that our Restaurant will be closed annually during November 1-30.

Thipwimarn Resort Policies
  • Check out time is 10 o’clock.
  • Reception office time is 7:00 am - 10:00 pm
  • Room rate inclusive of 2 breakfasts serve from 07.00 – 10.00 am. Only at our restaurant.
  • Room rate are exclusive of 5% service charge and 7% Government Tax of full price.
  • We accept Visa card and Master card only.
  • Early check out fee is 1 full night plus 15% from the total balance of the reservation.
  • The deposit is strictly non-refundable.
  • Upon late arrival inform before 7 days if you not inform we will charge full period.
  • Extra person or extra bed(6 years old up) will be charge 1,100 baht include breakfast (only 3 persons per room)
  • Children 1-5 years old only charge for breakfast 300 Baht
  • Late check- out at 02.00 pm 1,100 baht incase no gust check-in in the morning
  • Please inform us at least 1 day before if you prefer pick up service
